Description
Copper Table Hospitality operates three upscale casual restaurants in Las Vegas, off-Strip but busy with locals and convention overflow. We are hiring a General Manager for our Spring Valley location. You own the full operation: scheduling, COGS, vendor relationships, health inspections, guest recovery, and coaching a team of 45. Corporate provides marketing and accounting support — you run the floor and the numbers daily. On-site with typical restaurant hours including evenings and weekends. GM comp includes base + quarterly bonus tied to food cost and guest scores.
Requirements
- 5+ years in restaurant management with at least 2 as GM or AGM
- Proven P&L ownership and labor scheduling experience
- ServSafe Manager certification
- Strong leadership on a busy, high-volume floor
- Nevada alcohol awareness card (or ability to obtain quickly)
