Description
Northwind Logistics is hiring Remote Support Specialists to join a 24/7 support floor that keeps freight moving across the United States. You will be the first line of contact for drivers, dispatchers, and small-business shippers who need real help — fast. A typical shift mixes inbound chat, email tickets, and short voice calls. You will troubleshoot account access issues, walk customers through the driver app, log carrier disputes, and escalate anything that needs a specialist. The team uses a clear playbook, so you don't have to improvise — you follow steps, log the outcome, and move to the next ticket. This is a fully remote role with set shift blocks (mornings, afternoons, or overnight). You pick a block, we lock it in for the quarter, and you get a stable schedule you can plan a life around.
Requirements
- Reliable home internet (50 Mbps+) and a quiet space to take calls
- Comfortable typing 50+ wpm and handling 3–4 chat conversations at once
- Clear written English and a calm, friendly phone voice
- Available for one fixed shift block (AM, PM, or overnight)
- Prior support, retail, or call-center experience is a plus but not required
