Description
Harborview Medical Center is a 420-bed community hospital serving greater Boston. Our Emergency Department sees 62,000 visits per year and holds Magnet recognition for nursing excellence. We are hiring RNs for day and night 12-hour shifts. You will triage, stabilize, and coordinate care for medical and trauma patients alongside physicians, PAs, and a dedicated charge nurse. We use Epic for documentation and have a structured onboarding program with a preceptor for your first 90 days. This is a hands-on, on-site role at our campus in the Longwood Medical Area. Parking and MBTA subsidies available.
Requirements
- Active RN license in Massachusetts (or compact eligibility)
- BLS and ACLS certification (PALS preferred)
- 1+ year acute-care or ED experience preferred; new grads considered with strong clinical rotations
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with frequent prioritization changes
- Epic experience is a plus
