Description
Trailhead CRM helps plumbers, landscapers, and home-service contractors quote jobs, schedule crews, and get paid. We are hiring a Product Manager to own our Reporting & Analytics module — the place owners look every morning to see how the business is doing. You will talk to customers weekly, write crisp PRDs, prioritize with engineering and design, and measure impact after each release. We ship every two weeks and expect PMs to be in the details — edge cases, empty states, and rollout plans included. Remote-first team spread across US time zones. Quarterly in-person offsite.
Requirements
- 4+ years as a PM on B2B SaaS products
- Track record of shipping features that moved a core metric
- Comfortable with SQL for self-serve analysis
- Strong written communication — async-friendly culture
- Experience with SMB or vertical SaaS is a strong plus
