Description
NeuralDock AI builds document-intelligence APIs for insurance carriers and mortgage lenders. We are hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to take models from notebook to production and keep them accurate as data drifts. You will own training pipelines, deployment on SageMaker, evaluation harnesses, and latency optimization. Research papers are nice — shipping models that process 2M pages/day is the job. Remote team with strong written culture. Pair programming optional, design docs required.
Requirements
- 3+ years building and deploying ML systems in production
- Strong Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and SQL
- Experience with NLP or computer vision on unstructured documents
- Comfort with MLOps basics — versioning, monitoring, rollback
- MS in CS/ML or equivalent practical experience
