Description
LedgerFlow provides practice-management software to small accounting firms across the US. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to own relationships from kickoff through renewal. Your playbook: structured onboarding in the first 30 days, monthly check-ins, quarterly business reviews, and proactive outreach before renewals. You are not sales — but you will spot expansion opportunities and loop in Account Executives cleanly. Remote role with a Midwest-friendly manager. Travel 2–3 times per year for customer events.
Requirements
- 2+ years in customer success, account management, or consulting
- Experience with B2B SaaS and comfort reading usage dashboards
- Organized, empathetic communicator who follows through
- Comfortable presenting on Zoom to firm partners
- Background in accounting, finance, or legal services is a plus
