Description
Hearth & Home Insurance is a US-based home insurance carrier serving customers in 38 states. We are hiring a part-time CRM Coordinator (24 hours/week) to keep our CRM data clean, our segments accurate, and our lifecycle journeys running without surprises. This is a structured, detail-oriented role. A typical week looks like: review data hygiene reports, push fixes for any segment drift, QA the upcoming week's email/SMS sends, run small A/B tests, and pair with the Marketing Manager on quarterly journey audits. We use HubSpot as our source of truth and have a clean, well-documented setup. We offer real flexibility: you choose your own hours within a 24-hour week as long as you cover Tuesday and Thursday standups (30 min each).
Requirements
- 2+ years in CRM, marketing operations, or a similar data-adjacent role
- Comfortable in HubSpot (workflows, lists, properties) — Salesforce experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and clear written communication
- Comfortable with light SQL or spreadsheets for segmentation QA
- Located in the United States
