Description
OpenPage Media runs content programs for fintech startups, dev-tool companies, and professional services firms. We are hiring a Content Strategist to own strategy — not just write articles. You will audit client sites, build 90-day editorial plans, write detailed briefs for freelance writers, and review drafts for structure and search intent. About 20% of your time is hands-on editing; the rest is strategy and client communication. Remote across US time zones. Client calls typically fall between 11am–4pm ET.
Requirements
- 3+ years in content strategy, editorial, or SEO-led marketing
- Strong understanding of search intent and content clustering
- Experience briefing and QA-ing freelance writers
- Portfolio showing strategy docs, not just bylines
- Comfort with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, or Clearscope
