Description
Coastal Build Group is a general contractor focused on retail, restaurant, and medical office build-outs across Miami-Dade and Broward. We are hiring a Construction Project Manager to run 2–3 active jobs at a time from pre-con through closeout. You will manage subcontractor buyout, weekly OAC meetings, RFI/submittal flow in Procore, and monthly billing. Field presence matters — expect 60% of your week on job sites. Hybrid: field-first with office days in Doral for admin and estimating support.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a PM or superintendent on commercial construction
- Experience with ground-up or large TI projects ($2M+)
- Proficiency in Procore or similar construction PM software
- OSHA 30 and Florida DBPR contractor familiarity
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
